Cancellation Policy
No Cancellations for Donations:
Once a donation is made and the payment is processed, Ichapps Foundation does not allow any cancellations.
Donors should review all information carefully before completing their donation to ensure the accuracy of the amount and intended use.
Irrevocable Donations:
All donations are processed and allocated immediately upon confirmation of payment. Therefore, cancellations of donations are not possible once the transaction has been completed.
In-Kind Support Cancellation:
If a donor wishes to retract an in-kind donation (goods or services), this must be done prior to the donation being received. Once the in-kind donation is in the possession of the Foundation, it cannot be returned or canceled.
